To manage the wood ourselves, limiting contractor works and uneconomical/biologically unfriendly activity.

To set up a coppice rotation and use the harvested wood for fuel and to make various products.

To maintain and improve the native habitat for flora/fauna and ensure that the wood survives for future generations to enjoy.

To invite specialist groups to visit e.g.charities and school groups.

To continue to use the wood for pleasure and as a resource for learning.
